Three Farm Daughters, a pasta and flour brand launched by three sisters, features Arcadia Biosciences’ GoodWheat, a specialty durum wheat variety with significantly more dietary fiber and fewer calories per serving than traditional wheat. “One of the landscapes that we’re trying to fill is bringing added nutrition to everyday staples,” said co-founder, Mollie Ficocello, who as a busy mom knows the important role staples such as pasta and flour play in many home kitchens.
